If you are
interested in Roland for a place to live or just
to visit, you have come to the right place. Our
public schools are some of the best in our
area. Our business climate is steadily growing
as more small business owners and industries are
showing interest in relocating to Roland. With
our new Lake
and City Park , we have a wonderful place to
recreate with family and friends, with some of
the best fishing around. In addition, we are
less than 5 minutes to
Fort Smith , Arkansas , so we enjoy all the things the
bigger city has to offer without living there.
The chamber has
served the Roland Community for many years and
is here to serve you. If you are coming here to
live with us, we welcome you and hope that you
will want to become a part of this chamber to
help us as we continue our work to make this the
best area in Oklahoma . If you are

Roland and it's
surrounding areas...
...are host to wonderful natural resources. In the last year alone, the community opened its newly created lake and recreation area to local residents and sportsman. Lakes streams and wildlife areas abound, providing scenic backdrops for anglers, boaters, and hunters of all ages. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking, bicycling, and trail riding upon the varied terrain. Golf courses are plentiful in the area and host a number of tournaments throughout the year.
The scenery of Eastern Oklahoma will delight you no matter what season you plan to stay. If gaming is more your style, join the crowds of Bingo and Gaming lovers at the Cherokee Casino here in Roland or try your hand on the horses at Blue Ribbon Downs in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
